Recently, the technical and procurement team from a leading Vietnamese industrial equipment original equipment manufacturer (OEM) visited our production base for technical alignment and a comprehensive factory audit, focused on a high-precision gear program for their core machinery. By the end of the visit, both sides had finalized production-ready drawings and process specifications, and confirmed cooperation on the initial trial order.

The customer’s team toured our end-to-end production facilities, including the metal casting blank workshop, 5-axis CNC precision machining workshop, DIN Grade 4 high-precision gear grinding line, and ZEISS-compliant quality control laboratory. They reviewed our full production workflow in detail — from blank forming and carburizing & quenching to tooth profile grinding and CMM dimensional inspection — and learned about our strict control protocols for raw material trceability, in-process quality checks, and finished product sampling.

During technical consultations, the customer explained that their application required gears to meet Grade 5 accuracy after heat treatment, a particularly stringent specification. They also noted their initial design carried unaddressed process risks. Our engineering team worked side-by-side with the customer’s design staff to verify every product parameter, manufacturing process, and inspection criterion. Leveraging our extensive volume production experience, we provided targeted design optimization recommendations and identified critical process control points the customer had overlooked. Together, we locked in the final production drawings. The customer commended our deep technical expertise and rigorous end-to-end process oversight.

Following the on-site review, the customer formally confirmed the first trial production order for 150 sets of custom spiral bevel gears, and reached a preliminary agreement on a 2027 supply framework for gear reducer units. Both sides agreed to move forward with sample validation and small-batch trial delivery, as the next step toward broader, long-term cooperation across our full product portfolio.
